This last part of Verzuz may be over, but fans are still buzzing about the show. Ja Rule and Fat Joe gathered at Madison Square Garden to deliver dozens of hits that fans around the world have enjoyed. Remy Ma helped Joe and Lil Mo kept things going for Ja, and of course Ashanti went back and forth between the two artists as she is a known collaborator of the two rappers.

Before Verzuz going down, there were rumors that 50 Cent was going to make some sort of appearance to put Ja out of his game. The two grew stronger for what appears to be a lifetime, and fans wondered if the hostility would be. resolved with the help of Swizz Beatz and Timbaland.

The show went off without a hitch and Fif did not make an appearance, but Murder Inc. Records boss Irv Gotti was in the comments section shutting down the trolls. While some were there to celebrate Hip Hop with one another Verzuz take, there were others who spoiled the fun by dropping offensive remarks about Ja while also encouraging the Fif drama.

“You’re all talking about that 50 sh * t. It’s all right,” Irv wrote. “He was beaten up, stabbed. Shot down. And chased us. That’s all I’m going to say. Your hero is not who you think he is. Period. And the facts.”

We don’t know what Fif is doing right now, but we can only imagine his response. Meanwhile, those weren’t Irv’s only words that caught the attention of fans, including an explanation of why he wasn’t at the show. Find out below.
